She founded Joy of Learning as a home-based initiative, which grew into two thriving centers built on warmth, quality, and child-first learning.

Dr. Bhupesh Manoharan, PhD (IIM Calcutta) and MBA (IIM Calcutta) brings over a decade of experience in academic leadership, curriculum design, and learner-centered education.
His deep interest in shaping learning environments that spark early curiosity and cognitive growth aligns closely with our philosophy.

Dr. Vipin Sreekumar, PhD (IIM Calcutta) and MBA (IIM Udaipur), brings 13+ years of global experience in strategy, education, and entrepreneurship to Evaara.
His deep passion for child development and belief in strong early foundations align with Evaara’s mission to nurture curious, confident learners.
As Director, he leads strategic planning and educational excellence, ensuring Evaara stays progressive, purposeful, and child-first.
